Garrett Anthony

Garrett Anthony MA PF

Garrett Anthony obtained a Master of Arts degree in Psychotherapy and Faith from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis Indiana. During his training at Christian Theological Seminary he gained experience working with a wide range of people and a number of mental health issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse recovery. His primary clinical interest is how anger impacts the lives of the people he works with, especially in terms of their relationships. It is also his belief that anger need not be a destructive process but can actually play a role in the restoration of troubled relationships when utilized effectively. He recognizes that it can be difficult to do so at times, but that in doing so honesty is brought into the relationship and in time respect as well.
Garrett began working with Penrod Counseling Center shortly after graduation and moved to the West Side of Indianapolis to pursue his career in mental health along side his wife who is pursuing a career in ministry.
